  • Appointments are only permitted from the age of 18.
  • The operator accepts no liability for damage to health that may be caused by any equipment.
  • In the event of grossly negligent damage, the person responsible is liable without limitation.

Appointment Policy:

  • Appointments should ideally be arranged in advance.
  • A deposit of 50% is required to confirm an appointment. In exceptional cases, I reserve the right to request full payment in advance.
  • Booked appointments are always binding.
  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
  • In the case of short-notice cancellations, the deposit will be retained.

Note: I understand that unexpected situations can arise. However, in the case of repeated short-notice cancellations, I reserve the right to accept future appointments only with 100% advance payment and under stricter conditions.

If you turn up late, I will only treat the remaining time.
